Mission Statement

We strive to be the premier choice of people seeking in-home, non-medical assistance in the communities we serve, through quality of service and an honest caring spirit to all we serve.

“Let us do good unto all men”     Galatians 6:10

Why we do what we do:

As a nurse in the hospital I daily see a need for people to have competent care and assistance in their homes. I have worked in nursing homes and while that can be a good option for some elderly people I have also seen the limitations of staffing and privacy that can be provided in facilities that have so many patients and so little funding. I have heard over and over from patients and family members that their worst fear of growing older is losing their independence.

Nathan and I have seen our own family members growing older and maintaining their independence in their homes well into their 90’s with just a little bit of assistance. Unfortunately not everyone has the luxury of having family nearby. Most families these days are dual income families and are busy with children. It can be difficult to provide daily care to a loved one and having them in your home is not always a possibility. Even when family members are able to welcome their parents or grandparents into their homes there may be times when they are unable to care for them like usual. (ie. vacations, workdays, and weekends away).

Knowing that providing assistance to family caregivers and being able to provide care to people who desire to stay in their homes will boost their morale and allow them to live a longer, fuller life in their own home is why we do what we do. This can be short term such as after a hospital stay while strength is gained or after the birth of a baby. It can also be long term 2 hours at a time as needed or 24 hour care. Allowing people to live in the comfort of familiar surroundings, in the privacy of their homes can provide such a comfort to people and their family.

We strive to hire only the best caregivers and to train them to be competent and compassionate. It is what we strive for each and every day.
